Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)
I offer evidence-based treatment for insomnia (i.e., sleep disorder; problems with falling asleep, waking up too early or too often, or difficulty staying asleep). Other areas that interfere with sleep are addressed, such as anxiety (social, panic symptoms), depression, trauma, pain management, obsessive-compulsive, gambling, and work/life and relationships difficulties.
