I offer behavioral therapy to help patients sleep better and when appropriate, can prescribe medication. I also diagnose and treat depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders that may accompany sleep problems. My practice provides face to face care to ages 13 and older in Lacey, WA as well as telehealth visits for those located in Washington state. We are currently accepting new patients and take Medicare, Regence, Primera, Aetna, United, Cigna, Lifewise and self pay.
