She received her education in psychology and counseling at New York University and George Washington University. Nicole is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She treats adults and couples in her practice but also works with individuals to treat insomnia and improve their sleep hygiene.
