Roth, Alicia

Dr. Roth is a clinical health psychologist board-certified Behavioral Sleep Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, specializing in treating a range of sleep disorders, including: insomnia, nightmare disorders, circadian rhythm disorders, and hypersomnias. She utilizes empirically-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI), Imagery Rehearsal Therapy for Nightmares (IRT), CBT for Circadian Rhythm Disorders, and CBT for Hypersomnia.
Dr. Roth is able to see adults and adolescents (14 yrs and older) both in person and for telehealth (telehealth is available for OH residents only at this time)
