Wesley, Katherine

Dr. Wesley specializes in behavioral management of sleep problems for children, adolescents, and families with a variety of sleep disorders including insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and adherence difficulties in obstructive sleep apnea.

She believes a good night’s sleep is at the foundation of a happy, healthy child. Dr. Wesley partners with families to help them develop habits, routines, and behaviors to improve children’s sleep quality and quantity. She loves seeing positive changes in the lives of children and families that result from better sleep.
