Most people who have insomnia can be helped, often fairly rapidly, by CBT-I. I have been treating insomnia for many years, and I am comfortable dealing with a wide variety of problems and issues related to that problem. I generally work by video tele-health (Zoom). I accept most commercial insurances, as well as Medicare.
